With 2022 ending, I would like to personally thank all our incredible customers that have supported us and helped us achieve another successful year. Now we begin to build to our next big milestone – iCognition will be celebrating 20 years in business in 2023! Watch out for a party invite!
2022 has been a great year for iCognition, with strong growth in our Content Manager cloud offering, EDRMSaaS. We added new customers and expanded upon others. Great clients such as Treasury, Australian Digital Health Agency, Perpetual Limited, Tasmanian Department of Natural Resources and Environment (NRE), and Catholic Education Office. Excitingly, iCognition is also now listed as an EDRMSaaS supplier on the UK G-Cloud Panel!
We continue to be an important partner for Micro Focus, achieving Platinum status in both Information Management and Governance and Cybersecurity (CyberRes). We’ve launched into the CyberRes security space by offering Micro Focus’ File Analysis Suite to help you identify and protect against content privacy and security risks. Check out our new Information Security Services offering.
This builds on our strong security credentials. EDRMSaaS is ISO27001 Information Security certified and IRAP security assessed to the level of PROTECTED, and in fact the whole company operates under this security governance. Additionally, in 2022 Chief Technology Officer Rohan Ahluwalia achieved the highly coveted qualification of Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
During 2022 we also expanded our customer base with our RM Product suite, welcoming new customers of WA Education, Major Transport Infrastructure Authority, Tyson Foods in the USA and Hastings Council in NZ. It’s very exciting to see these customers get value from our solutions, for example NRE executed 25,000 workflows through RM Workflow this year! Amazing!
Of course, these wonderful results are only possible due to the hard work of our iCognition team, and I pass on my thanks to them. This year we welcomed Oliver Wein, formerly from Micro Focus support, as part of our technical team. We are very happy to have him onboard and contributing to our collective efforts to make a difference for our customers.
I’m very excited as we enter our 20th year in business. We have so many thrilling projects on deck, such as File Analysis Suite, our upcoming release of the new RM Products, and expansion of EDRMSaaS.
The success we have had in 2022 is a credit to you, our customers. Thank you for allowing us to participate in your business. It is our privilege to be a part of your business.
