iCognition Training Services provides user centric training to help you deliver successful IM Solution implementations and maximise user adoption. We focus on ensuring users effectively transition to the solution by facilitating change in their work behaviour. This is done by providing training that engages and empowers users. We offer training courses in HP TRIM, HP Records Manager (RM) and our own RM Solutions products.
We have a purpose built training facility at the iCognition Head Office in Braddon, Canberra ACT, where we conduct regular training courses (refer to the training schedule below). We also provide onsite training or training at third party facilities. Our trainers possess real life experience, gained from developing and implementing practical information management strategies and solutions.
iCognition is able to customise training sessions to meet your specific requirements, including delivering training that includes your organisations policy, procedures and business processes.
